Hi my name is Freddy Wong, I've been with Castle Honda for over 3 years now as Sales Manager, with 7 years of experience in the automotive industry. During the recession, I decided to take a leap of faith into a career which I didn't know anything about. One of the used car dealerships had offered me a job as a salesperson and I took him up on it. After taking the tests, I decided to further myself by applying for dealerships.
I love the fact that every day is a new challenge. To start over and try again to sell a car. Every time I lose a sale, I would gain experience and think of different ways of which I can sell them a car. In essence, it is like winning a battle. And the thrills of when the customer tells me "Freddy, I never thought I was going to buy a car today. Thank you a ton"
Customer experience is very important to me. I treat every customer like it was my last and also think of what I would want as a consumer. To bring the best and easiest experience possible to today's market.
I provide top of the industry quality service by treating everyone like how I want to be treated. I take my own experience from other vendors/restaurants which I experience and try to better it. Taking in all the good service tips and converting all the bad to good.
When I'm not working you can find me spending time with my family and friends, walking my dog and just relaxing.

"I recently purchased 2015 Honda Civic from Castle Honda and had an amazing experience. Before I visited I had exchanged emails with Freddy the Sales Manager. When I visited Freddy had everything set up for me. He introduced me to Wayel and Wayel took us for test drive. He explained all the features and patiently answered all the questions we had. It was good experience and we made the decision to make an offer. Since I was going to finance it there was some paper work to be done. The whole process was smooth and didn't take much time. There was no pressure from Freddy or Wayel to go for any accessory or warranty which we didn't want. When I came back for delivery, Wayel had everything ready for me. He spend some time again with me in explaining the features of entertainment system. He even added popular FM stations, paired my phone and fixed GPS for me.
After I started driving my car, Wayel was always available over phone whenever I had a question about something. I was really impressed by his patience and knowledge about the car.
I will definitely recommend Castle Honda and Wayel to anyone.
